We guarantee the quality of our printing work. If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards due to our error, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Products are defective or damaged due to our error
• Products do not match the specifications you approved
• There was an error in the printing process that we are responsible for

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom-printed items that were printed correctly according to your approved files
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Digital products or services
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
3. Include photos of the defective or incorrect items if applicable
4. Wait for our approval before returning items

Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

• We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Replacement Orders

File Errors

If an error in your order is due to incorrect files, low-resolution images, or design issues that you provided, we are not responsible for reprints or refunds. We recommend reviewing all files carefully before submitting your order.
